Jeff Kralik is the man behind the keyboard of The Drunken Cyclist blog. He started drinking wine while studying in France, but he was more interested in the, um, effects of wine more than the nuance. Once he started leading bike trips in France, and had a thirty year-old Chambertain, he finally “got it”. He now lives in the wine forsaken Commonwealth of Philadelphia where he struggles to maintain his sanity in a state that is often cited as being more hostile to wine than… Utah. He spends his free time chasing his two sons around, trying to both get a bike ride and his drink on in between bouts with his boys.
